***We tried to add a Blog to this page for customers to leave comments. But the problems was you had to have a Hotmail,MSN or Microsoft ID to leave a comment.So people with yahoo,aol,earthlink,etc. could not leave a comment, and this would not work because our customers have all different kinds on ID's. So until we can figure something out customers will have to e-mail their comments to us and we will copy and paste them on here. Like stated above we will post ALL comments from our customers.

ok! heres my comment........... I cannot be more thankful for the amazing pet you guys gave me! Mo (my chinchilla) is great and I love him SO much! This is all thanks to you! You really were amazing and helped me out a ton! not only did you teach me about chins, but you were very kind to me, and you provided me with everything I needed (LOTS of answered question :) and you gave me the best pet ever!!!!!!!!!!!

    If their is anyone out there looking for a perfect pet, I would suggest the Kramer's any day!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Kramer Chins and my new little chin "Nibbles." You are both such wonderful and caring people who seem to love what you do and you both have an enourmous amount of knowledge about the care of chins.  You care for your animals with love and respect and you pass that onto the adoptive owners.  Thank you for doing what you do and for keeping in contact.

My lengthy comment:

Chinchillas bear an immediate and nearly inevitable allure; after all, they embody the most lovable traits from each furry animal and their unbelievably soft fur only enhances the appeal. Following a significant amount of research, my sister and I decided that we were ready to purchase one. After looking through innumerable websites as well as calling and emailing various breeders, we decided that Kramer Chins had the passion, conditions, and selection we were looking for. Their knowledge and readily apparent enthusiasm for chinchillas was refreshing and reassuring. Another element that sets Kramer Chins apart is their dedication. An entire room of their house is devoted to chinchillas and is climate controlled, constantly monitored, and has air circulating at all times. We have only had our chinchilla for a week and she has been surprisingly friendly and has been very quick to give us her trust. So if you decide to buy from Kramer Chins, you can buy with confidence not only for the assurance of a health guarantee, but the knowledge that each chinchilla has been attentively cared for.

My experiences with Kramer Chins was nothing but the best! These people go above and beyond their way to help and make sure everything is right. The pride and dedication they give their chins and their customers is more then you could ask for. They take the time to talk to you, answer your questions (and I had a lot of them). The chins room is awsome! They have it all set up just for the chins. You can sit in there and let the chins out to run around and play with no worries of them getting hurt, it's climate controlled and clean.

   Their chins are beautiful, healthy and friendly. They take the time to handle them so they will be friendly, our chin Cosmo is one of the sweetist and loving chins, we had no problems with her getting use to us. And the Kramers gave us step by step instructions on how to introduce her to our other chin. Their instructions worked like a charm. Our 2 chins act like they have been together all their lives.

   I could go on and on.... The bottom line is if you want to buy a chin and you want to buy from someone who knows what they are doing I suggest you contact The Kramers. You won't be disappointed.

My experience with Kramer Chins has been amazing! They have helped me with so much. They been able to answer any questions I have had before taking my chins home. Also they're chins are great. You can tell they were very well cared for and loved.

Just wanted to thank the people of Kramer Chin. Recently bought a white mosiac/ebony from them and little Mika has been doing wonderful. They were very nice and helpful, including lots of helpful hints for caring for the chins. Appreciate everything.

My experience with the Kramer Chins as well as many others has been the best. I spent a few months serching for the right Chin for my current one "Sally" and came across their ad. There I saw "Edith" and knew she was the one. Not only did they work with me but they gave me a lot of great information. Such as how to arrange the two Chins before they can share the same cage. I also was glad they worked with our pricing because if they didn't I wouldn't of been able to get her! There are NO regrets what so ever in getting one of their chins. My mom was even happy to see they invited us right in and showed us what John and Wendy do best! I really was impressed and amazed. They both really put a lot of work into this and I'm sure it'll grow and become a very successful rescue/breeders.

Our experience with the Kramers was extremely positive. Our children decided they wanted a chin after having one as a classroom pet. The Kramers were very knowledgeable and helpful as we selected a chin for our family. We got a wonderful 1 year old chin- Smokie. The Kramers were very prompt and reassuring when replying to our e-mails with initial questions as Smokie adapted to his new environment. We continue to get his food through the Kramers. We highly recommend the Kramers if looking to purchase a chin!
